Two exclusive events in August, where food becomes a ritual, fire becomes a spectacle, and the surrounding landscape transforms into a vibrant stage, where every detail is designed to engage the guests.
At the heart of this evening is the cuisine, interpreted as an authentic reflection of the land from which the ingredients are sourced. The menu follows the rhythm of the seasons and the bounty of our fields, offering a selection of fresh organic vegetables, meat cooked on skewers using ancient cooking techniques, fish, and traditional Sicilian flavors, all enhanced by the lively flames of the BBQ. Each dish tells a story of connection to the land, respect for the raw ingredients, and passion for cuisine as an expression of culture and identity.
Mangiafuoco becomes a meeting of elements, an experience that goes beyond taste and engages all the senses. Fire will take center stage in a theatrical spectacle that will enchant guests, with dancing flames in the darkness creating an atmosphere charged with energy. The restaurant’s lounge area will transform into an evocative and enveloping space, illuminated by candles and soft lighting, where music—inspired by the sounds of the earth—will accompany the flow of the evening, amplifying its intensity.
