In an enchanting and evocative setting, Dimora delle Balze and its Lumìa Restaurant in Noto invite the public to four convivial dinners for a culinary journey through the four elements: air, earth, water, and fire.
The third edition of Lumìa sotto le stelle opens to the public for four evenings where stories, scents, colors, and flavors come together at a convivial table under the stars.
In this atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Iblei Mountains and the scents of aromatic plants, Chef Gabriele Camiolo will guide you on a culinary journey through the four elements: air, earth, water, and fire. Each course will be served paired with renowned wines.
During dinner, astrophysicist Andrea Orlando, president of IAS, will delight the audience with stargazing activities on a journey to discover the ancestral beauty of the summer sky, with its constellations and asterisms and their influence on the quintessence.
Lumìa is a name that speaks of rarity: it evokes the centuries-old Sicilian citrus tree of the same name. Today, it is also the culinary gem of the Dimora delle Balze estate, nestled in the hills of the Val di Noto.
