An immersive experience exploring the Sicilian countryside, where gesture takes center stage. A shared table featuring seasonal ingredients grown in the fields of Passo Ladro. The cuisine is in the capable hands of Chef Gabriele Camiolo: the gesture, simple and primal, will accompany each course.
The menu will be completely open-ended: the land will dictate the timing. During dinner, you will be involved in moments of preparation and live cooking demonstrations, where the gesture takes center stage and becomes a shared language. Between courses, guests will be invited to interact, share stories, and connect through food, creating a natural flow of connection and exchange.

Comprising four courses, the menu for A Convivial Dinner evolves in harmony with the rhythms of nature. Each course is conceived as a chapter that reveals ingredients, techniques, and stories, weaving an authentic narrative in which the ingredients themselves take center stage. Ultimately, the table becomes an authentic setting—a space experienced with simplicity—where encounters, exchanges, and flavors give shape to our vision of conviviality.
Every dish, gesture, and interaction contributes to creating a complete experience that goes beyond taste to touch on memory, culture, and a sense of belonging. Everything revolves around a fundamental question: what does conviviality truly mean?
The gastronomic journey will be accompanied by a wine pairing curated in collaboration with select partners: wines chosen to enhance each course, guide the palate through the seasons, and complete the experience in a harmonious journey of flavors and aromas.

To celebrate May 1st, this culinary journey has been conceived as a tribute to those who work every day to preserve and cultivate the land—local producers and farmers, often unsung yet essential figures who take center stage here in a story that goes beyond the plate. The menu is set and takes shape daily based on what the land provides. Every dinner is unique and deeply connected to the present moment. The tasting menu will be accompanied by a selection of Benanti wines, a winery that symbolizes Mount Etna and operates with full respect for the volcanic landscape.
