A real workshop placed at your complete disposal. Let yourself be guided by the expert hands of Passo Ladro Chef Andrea, to create your own conserve. Immerse yourself in the fields of our estate to discover the first fruits of the season and create a “giardiniera” or tomato conserve, just like tradition.

The experience begins with a walk through the fields of Passo Ladro, where you will pick the ripest tomatoes and taste the produce of our land, accompanied by a glass of local wine. After the harvest, you will move to our kitchen to transform the fresh ingredients into an artisanal preserve, following the traditional method.

During the workshop, you will wear an apron, experiencing each step of the process with authenticity and care. At the end, you will take home your creation in an elegant 100 g jar, ready to be treasured as a memento of this experience or shared with those you love.
