In May, Dimora delle Balze invites you to take part in a three-part experience celebrating raw ingredients, the land, and its roots, exploring the primal bond that connects humankind to nature.

Materia – The Stories from the Soil is an event that invites you to rediscover the essence of the earth through food, touch, and the stories it tells.
At the heart of the evening is the kitchen, interpreted as a reflection of the soil from which its ingredients are born. The menu, shaped by what our fields naturally provide, becomes a journey through the flavors of the season served on materials that awaken all your senses: from smell to touch, from sight to taste.
An opportunity to return to our origins and celebrate the richness of the land and its ability to nourish not only the body but also the spirit.
