Immersed in the fields of the Noto countryside. A day that begins with a walk along the paths of Passo Ladro, to breathe in the scents, rediscover the slow rhythm of nature as it awakens, and gather its first fruits. A convivial lunch will be served in the fields, at a long table, surrounded by the scents and colors of spring: seasonal dishes inspired by tradition, natural wines that are an authentic expression of the territory, and live cooking dedicated to selected meats, local fish, and vegetables, convivial gestures that showcase Sicilian cuisine and its raw ingredients in their most vibrant form. To conclude, there will be a corner dedicated to traditional desserts, with citrus scents and flavors that preserve memories. The colors of Sicily will also take shape through the presence of an artisan from Palazzolo Acreide, guardian of ancient knowledge linked to local ceramics. Guests will be able to discover traditional techniques and decorations and participate in a creative moment, coloring ceramics inspired by local motifs. A simple gesture, but one rich in memory and identity, which tells the story of Sicily through the material, the nuances, and the hands of those who work it. An Easter Monday to be experienced, guided by the land, the light, and the colors of the season that is beginning.
