Dimora delle Balze and Lumìa Organic Restaurant invite you to celebrate Easter Monday in an oasis of untouched nature, where the scents of the land intertwine with the authentic flavor of traditions. Immersed in the fields of Passo Ladro, you will rediscover the deep connection with the earth through a unique sensory experience.You will have the opportunity to participate in a Fitolaimurgic walk led by expert naturalist Paolo Uccello, exploring the territory in search of wild herbs, discovering their properties, benefits, and uses in traditional cooking.

The gathered herbs will take center stage in a lunch in our citrus grove, where fresh and seasonal dishes will be paired with drinks made from wild herbs and a selection of natural wines, an authentic expression of our territory. Experience tradition through our live cooking stations, watching the preparation of arancini and ricotta, served with freshly baked warm bread. Additionally, our chef Gabriele Camiolo will surprise you with an exclusive cooking show dedicated to fried sweet ricotta ravioli, a tribute to the flavors of western Sicily.

For the children, a creative egg decorating workshop will offer a chance to rediscover an ancient tradition in a fun and sharing atmosphere.  Easter Monday with us is an experience that celebrates the beauty of simplicity, genuine taste, and a deep connection to nature. A moment to slow down, savor, and be enveloped by the scents of the earth and the rhythm of the landscape.
