For this Easter lunch, Lumìa Organic Restaurant invites you to a gastronomic experience that starts from the roots, the purest expression of our territory. Wild herbs, edible flowers, and fresh vegetables take center stage in a menu that celebrates seasonality and biodiversity, honoring the strength of a regenerating ecosystem that generously offers its best. Each dish is a tribute to nature, a gesture of respect for its beauty and harmony.

This culinary journey is designed to engage the senses, telling a story of tradition, the land, and a deep passion for food that thrives in balance with its surroundings. It is a celebration of transformation, an invitation to rediscover simplicity, authenticity, and the natural rhythm of life. Our four-course tasting menu offers a true taste of the season, while an à la carte menu is also available for both lunch and dinner.

To complete this experience, guests will be invited to take part in a cooking class following lunch, where they will learn to prepare cuddure cu l’ova, a traditional Sicilian Easter dessert. Guided by our chef, Gabriele Camiolo, each participant will enjoy a moment of creativity and sharing,
discovering the secrets of this beloved recipe.
