Dimora delle Balze invites you in the month of April in an immersive culinary experience and workshop for reconnecting us with nature and food. This project was born out of a deep awareness of the importance of preserving nature and biodiversity; it is a tribute to the beauty and goodness of our lands.

Every dish we serve is the result of close collaboration with local businesses, because we believe that connecting with the community is essential to creating an authentic connection with nature. To make this experience even more memorable, after our 3 culinary experience meetings, we have planned a workshop with Giulia Soldati, April 26th -28th.
