Afterwards, accompanied by the chef, you will explore the local markets the colourful stalls of Ortigia, Piazza Adda or Piazza Santa Lucia, depending on the day to select the freshest fish, seasonal vegetables and the best raw materials for your cooking lesson.

Back at Dimora delle Balze, an exclusive cooking class awaits you, in which, under the guidance of the Chef, you will prepare two typical Sicilian dishes using ingredients purchased at the market.
