In the month of May, Dimora delle Balze, invites you to take part in its Infiorata, which will take place in the Ancient Court of the Winter Garden.

A long carpet of flowers, the Infiorata is a tribute to spring born in the home of Sicilian Baroque, Noto. A unique event where the best Sicilian and Italian artists come together.

Ours, will be a tribute to Giacomo Puccini, on his Centennial and to the pristine nature that surrounds us.

On May 4, the master florists will create the design inspired by the artist’s Boehme where the colors and shapes of the flowers will merge giving real life to an artistic work.

In the Manor Court will be set up La Merenda in Fiore / with organic products made by our chef.

To continue the culinary experience / @Lumìa Organic Restaurant. “Not Your Usual Flowers” dining Experience, from 7 pm to 10 pm.

5-course tasting menu is entirely inspired by the theme of flowers in a contemporary and innovative way.
