The second edition of Lumìa sotto le Stelle will be inaugurated on May 30th, 2024, followed by the second appointment on June 13th, 2024.

Dimora delle Balze and Lumìa Organic Restaurant open to the public for an evening where stories, scents, colors, and flavors come together at a communal table under the stars.

In this atmosphere, surrounded by the greenery of the Iblei mountains and the scents of aromatic plants, our chef, Gabriele Camiolo, will guide you through a culinary journey among the four elements: air, earth, water, and fire.

Each course, served in combination with Tasca d’Almerita winery, will be presented by Costanza Chirvino, with special attention to a selection of wines tailored for the occasion, referencing the element of water.

During dinner, the astrophysicist, Andrea Orlando, president of IAS, will amaze you with skygazing activities, taking you on a journey to discover the ancestral beauty of the summer sky, with its constellations and asterisms, and their influence in reference to the quintessence.
